    Honestly the best I've tried!

    Absolutly delicious with an applesauce like texture. So creamy and smooth, I love to mix a couple spoonfuls with hot sauce to make a dip for leaner meats like chicken and pork. The price seems a bit high but honestly for the quality you're getting, other brands that compare cost much more and don't have near as good of a flavor.

    Excellent quality

    Fantastic quality. Nice yellow color, smells and tastes incredible. It's my first tallow jar, I had some Wagyu spray tallow that was high quality but this might be the best on the market. I love that it is 100% grass fed.

    The packaging was excellent, kept the glass nice and safe.

    It's a small batch tallow that isn't mass produced, and sadly this latest batch is lighter than the deep yellow that is heavily marketed. I see other reviewers with this lighter batch as well.

    I hope they can get this sorted out and continue to be arguably the best on the market!

    Best Pemmican I have ever made!

    I just turned my fall bounty of grass-fed, grass finished venison into pemmican using this tallow. Small bars are 2.5 oz and the longer bars are 3 oz. Macros came out to 68% fat, 29% protein and 3% carbs. I had one of each at lunch today and they turned out great. Started out by drying 120 oz of venison, and 12 oz of grass-fed liver, 10 to 1 ratio. Then finished with two bottles of lineage tallow, two bags of Acai berry powder, and one bag of the freeze-dried strawberries. Amazing! Way cheaper than a carnivore bar. The flavor of the tallow is very robust.

    I discovered your products thru Paul Saladino. He’s inspired our family to eat as our ancestors did. I live in Montana so I’m surrounded by healthy cows and I can get the organs easily. The supplements I purchased are amazing. My gf won’t eat organs and the kids are weary too. The supplements fill that void. I’ll be ordering more soon.

Tallow actually has healing benefits and can help dampen inflammation, and can aid in gut health and healing.

Not only is this allergen-free, but if you do have allergies, we highly suggest you try this to combat any gut issues or sensitives you may be experiencing. This can absolutely have healing effects on your body.

Rendered tallow should be stored in a cool, dark place, preferably in an airtight container. When stored properly, it can last for several months at room temperature. If you use this to cook daily, leave it out on your counter.

If you want to keep this for more than just a few months, toss it in the fridge. For longer shelf life, tallow can be refrigerated or frozen, where it can last up to a year or more.

By selling in packages of three or more jars, we're able to keep your overall shipping costs per jar to a minimum, reduce the amount of breakage that comes with shipping glass containers, reduce our overall carbon footprint through more efficient shipping and make it more cost-effective for you in the long run.
