Aim for 1g of protein per pound of goal body weight (e.g., 150g for a 150-pound target). That’s about 1.5 lbs of meat or 1–1.3 lbs plus some cheese or clean protein powder.

4. SWAP YOUR FATS & DITCH SEED OILS FOR GOOD

You’ve heard it before, but it’s time to get serious. Ditch seed oils for good. These oils are rancid, oxidized, and harmful to your body. Even olive oil isn’t ideal for high-heat cooking.
