Been using this protein for over a year. It’s clean, good taste, easy to drink and absolutely helps me gain muscle. It’s also been good for meals too.

- PPaulVerified BuyerReviewingAnimal-Based Complete - Dairy Protein (Original)I recommend this productRated 5 out of 5 starsGreat, clean protein source with organs!
I use it post-workout with raw whole milk, local raw honey, Lineage Nose-To-Tail collagen, & mineral sea salt. I’ve also tried the chocolate flavor & it’s incredibly delicious, but when I use the chocolate flavor, I skip the honey.
- RLRyan L.Verified BuyerReviewingAnimal-Based Complete - Dairy Protein (Chocolate)I recommend this productRated 5 out of 5 starsGreat product.
Shakes up cleanly without clumps. Taste good and gives you the nutrients that others brands don’t. I add there creatine and do use a shaker.
- ECEustis C.Verified BuyerReviewingAnimal-Based Complete - Dairy Protein (Chocolate)I recommend this productRated 5 out of 5 starsBest ever protein
I have been using the Lineage Animal-Based Complete - Dairy Protein (Chocolate) for about two years now. I I use it consistently in smoothies, cottage cheese, yogurt, and as a topping over fruit. It's been outstanding and i've seen great results.
- BKBeverly K.Verified BuyerReviewingAnimal-Based Complete - Dairy Protein (Chocolate)I recommend this productRated 5 out of 5 starsFirst time trying chocolate
I’m a big fan of the original-original AB Complete, but since the switch was made to the dairy protein I figured I would go ahead and try the chocolate too.
I tried it a couple of ways - first I whisked it into the milk. That way was pretty good; though the texture was not entirely smooth, but it tasted pretty good. I actually mixed it into some chai and that was quite good. Then I blended it with an immersion blender. And yes - that was the key. It was smooth and creamy and tasted great (note - I mixed it half and half with the original as I prefer a milder chocolate flavor). It also makes a pretty legit hot chocolate. Just sprinkle a tiny pinch of nutmeg on top and *chef kiss*
I really like AB Complete because I know that when I give it to my daughter, she’s getting solid nutrition to start her day. For me, as an active woman over 40, I need all the help I can get with maintaining muscle. AB Complete is a great companion to my climbing routine.
