You can smell the organs, but don't taste them at all once mixed. I like to mix it into hot chocolate, baked goods, homemade ice cream. So far I'm really happy with this product, and I'm excited to keep experimenting with ways to incorporate it into my daily life.

My nutritionist suggested I started consuming organ meats. Well, I have a very sensitive sense of smell and taste and I can never get past the taste of liver. No matter how it was prepared. This protein powder on the other hand is my perfect answer. The original has little taste, and it blends well in my ninja for smoothies. I will say that this protein powder all by itself with coconut milk still has a slight liver taste, but my taste buds are really sensitive. Nothing that some extra healthy additions can’t fix.

Overall, I am pretty happy with the AB Chocolate. I love that I can trust the ingredients. And for it being as clean as it it is, the taste is very impressive. I also love that it doesn't upset my stomach or make me feel bloated. Like the company mentions, it does froth a lot but it is worth it to me knowing that all the ingredients are the best on the market without any added fillers.

I was shocked when I tried this. It's not chalky or grainy like some. It's smooth and the flavor almost reminds me of chocolate roasted over a fire. We mixed ours in homemade chocolate milk. My husband is very picky and he says it's the best he's ever had!
