US Orders:
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days and after they leave our warehouse, most orders should arrive within 6-8 business days.
We take great pride in every product we offer and strive to deliver them in the best possible condition on the requested delivery date. While there are many things we do to mitigate the risk of shipping our products, some of delicate nature, around the country, there are unfortunately some things outside of our control like the weather and transit delays once the package is in the hands a carrier. As such, the shipping guidelines published on this website are not guarantees of a shipping or arrival date. Carrier delays can happen for a variety of reasons and often, the package ends up being delivered. However, if you notice that your package has been stalled at one location for more than 5 business days or if the entire transit time has exceeded 10 business days, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
International Orders:
Please allow ample time for your order to arrive. Once the order is shipped, we'll send tracking information. If you notice that the order has been returned to us, please reach out. Otherwise, we appreciate your patience as it's not uncommon for international orders to take a few weeks to arrive.
Lineage Provisions is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information, and we do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control.
Holiday Orders:
Orders placed during the holiday season may experience extended carrier and fulfillment delays that are out of our control. Please plan your orders accordingly as it is uncommon for deliveries to arrive later than usual. We ask for your patience during this time as we expect longer than usual transit times.
We understand how important it is for you to receive your orders on time. If your order is delayed, particularly if it's stuck at a large distributor, which often experiences delays, we monitor the situation closely and hope to see movement on the order soon. If your order does not arrive within 10 days from the expected delivery date, please inform us.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by shipping delays. As a token of our apology, we offer a compensation in the form of a refund or a discount code for your next purchase. The details of this offer will be communicated directly to you. Thank you for your patience and continued support.
