I’m a big fan of the original-original AB Complete, but since the switch was made to the dairy protein I figured I would go ahead and try the chocolate too.
I tried it a couple of ways - first I whisked it into the milk. That way was pretty good; though the texture was not entirely smooth, but it tasted pretty good. I actually mixed it into some chai and that was quite good. Then I blended it with an immersion blender. And yes - that was the key. It was smooth and creamy and tasted great (note - I mixed it half and half with the original as I prefer a milder chocolate flavor). It also makes a pretty legit hot chocolate. Just sprinkle a tiny pinch of nutmeg on top and *chef kiss*
