We also use different cuts of meat per batch so you get a truly nose-to-tail product. This also may mean some cuts are a bit fattier and some are a bit leaner.

As we’re building out our network of small farms, we are sourcing from the places with the best practices, including USA, New Zealand, and Australia. Our 100% beef collagen casing may separate. This is very normal. As a small batch operation, there will be variability from batch to batch. And if the casing does separate from the sticks, we encourage you to not let it go to waste. The beef collagen casing is amazing for your hair, skin, and nails.
